Finnish "paper mass" Doll made probably 1940'-1950's

This "paper mass" Doll is made in Finland at 1940's or 1950's by unknown maker.
He has also very nice looking original clothes.

Why I'm sure this doll is made in Finland and probably at this time...
This doll is made as glued paper pieces. In one paper was text "Uudenmaan Sanomain" and phone number "773". The phone number with only 3 numbers was in use about 1940's or 1950's.
The newspaper "Uudenmaan Sanomat" was published near Helsinki  from 1930's to 1970's.
